 Consultation and Training:
The Wright Path offers training for professionals based on the works of William R. Miller, Ph.D., and Steve Rollnick, Ph.D, and their internationally recognized research working with individuals in a collaborative guiding process of change.

W. C. “Dub” Wright began training and coaching using a goal directed method of communication that enhanced intrinsic motivation to change by helping those seeking change exploring and resolving ambivalence. He began teaching this skill in the Human Services Department in 1992 as a professor at a major college in Houston, Texas. His initial teaching was based on the first publication of Motivational Interviewing in 1991. He was by trained by William (Bill) Miller and Stephen Rollnick and recently was invited by Bill Miller to co-present a workshop him and Theresa Moyers.
